Get a halo warthog code but cant install

Same thing happening to me.

 

Here we are at launch and you still can't install this item.

 

Same. I put my code it, it accepted the code. If I got to Forza h3 and go into manage game it's sitting there waiting to download. However when I try install it....I get an error code and it doesn't want to install been like this for 3 or so days now.

 

Yeah, none of these suggestions worked. Guess I'll have to forgo the Warthog for the time being.

 

I'm having the same issue, but check your garage in-game. My Warthog is there & playable, even though the Xbox says it's not installed.

As per Miss Bijoux's suggestion, I first decided to power cycle the Xbox One S, and then followed gkobes77's steps: Clicked on Forza Horizon 3 in My Games & Apps, then hit Start to Manage Game. The Halo Warthog was listed as ready to install, so I then clicked
on it by pressing A, which brought up the options to INSTALL or SEE IN STORE.

I chose to SEE IN STORE, after which it told me I already owned it. Next it said PLAY, and this took me to the Forza H3 boot screen. Once the game had loaded, I opened My Garage, and lo and behold the Warthog was waiting under NEW vehicles! What a fantastic
gift... better late than never!

 

It is strange, I have the Warthog in the Game but it still placed in the ready to install list in the game

If you are eligible for the Warthog in-game, you should be able to access it from the menu of Forza Horizon 3 under inbox and gift car. Let us know if you're still having trouble accessing your Warthog.
