Get a halo warthog code but cant install

Hello i got a code but every time i try to install it says something went wrong error 0x8000000e What can i do? Hnaks for help

Same thing happened to me. I redeemed the code in the Xbox App but it gives the error on my console.

your last thread, please try redeeming the code on the website to see if that works.

If you continue to experience issues, I suggest
power cycling your Xbox One console and seeing if the issue continues to persist.

I did this before, nothing works, allways error when i try to install, on the xbox side it says code already used...

 

It is strange that the picture of this dlc is black and only description halo 5 warthog...i delete the game an downloaded it again same failure the dlc always appears in ready to install

Let's have you try
Removing Your Xbox Live Profile and then add it back. Once you add your profile back, try re-downloading the content again to see if there is any change. Keep us in the loop with how it goes

 

Did this yesterday ... same problem...i removed my profile and fhe hole game, them i add my profile back an download the game..but the dlc of the warthog does the same failure ..errror 0x8000000e... when intry to install

 

I have the exact same problem

 

Fix for me maybe for you too. go to the game in library press 3 lines on your controller over the game then press mange game. Next go to ready to install then go down to the warthog dlc. Next press 3 lines and go into the store. Finally press download in
the store and for some reason it works. Hope it works for you and for the admins this worked for me should work for others.

 

That worked for me although all my game and dlc tiles are black except for the car pass

 

sorry, doesn't work, now i have a problem to download the hole game again...always black picture and when I start the game it says do you own this app or have a cd...

 

u do not have to redownload the game idk why its black but it works

 

Try this mate on your xbox one console

We need to remove your account on your Xbox console, no worries it wont delete any game saves or files that you have.
