    Apologies for the delayed response. We don't have any info on enforcement action here on the forums since that is all handled by the Xbox Live Policy Enforcement. The best place to go is
    enforcement.xbox.com for any info on this kind of thing. If you qualify, you can file a

    case review     there to have your enforcement looked into again.
