Germany "Service Unavailable In Your Region" Error

Hello, I live in Germany and have a new xbox one s that I bought just two days ago. I've been using the console with no issues, been logged in with my microsoft account and been downloading games. This morning, my xbox tells me that I can't sign into my
profile because the "service is unavailable in my region". That's ridiculous. Germany didn't up and ban Xbox within the span of a night. I tried speaking with tech support and they didn't have any answers either, though they did assure me that xbox services
are still available in germany. I did everything they could think of, unplugging and resetting the xbox several times to factory settings. Nothing worked. All my accounts are set to germany, the xbox is set to Germany, I can still go online and watch netflix,
but my profile is unable to sign in and my gamepass is gone. I am at a loss. I can sign in fine to Xbox live on the Xbox website and the German Xbox live page says everything is up and running fine. It is only the Xbox one and my Xbox companion app on my PC
that will not allow me to login or access any of my games. I tried to play a game from a disc and it won't launch, it just gives me an error support message about playing multiplayer online, when the game isn't even a multiplayer game. I truly don't know what
is wrong.

Rhe ping is related.to the router external ip and this is correct

With the pc you can see if for Windows the nat is running

I know that in IPv6 don't need nat, but xbox when on IPv6 automatically don't ask for nat.

I'm also don't have any other ideas

You could at least or use the warranty from Microsoft or from the vendor. In the case of Microsoft warranty you have to first register the console in account under devices and than you could activate the warranty procedures.

NAT services? In the settings for my xbox, it says NAT not found. I'm not sure what NAT is, but could that be what is making it mess up?

Yes this is the.problem. NAT is a network system.

To reach Xbox live the nat have to be configured. In the setup page of your router there is an option to activate it. If you don't known how to do check the site of your provider and there I'm sure there are the instructions

Is it possible that also if Xbox live is running as you see on the page but your console is unable to connect only with Xbox.live.

Is it possible that the modem-router you're using was updated and deactivated NAT services?

What kind of connection are you using? Smartphone, fiber, ADSL,.... And whats your provider name. Maybe some of the network parameters was changed and this could cause your issue

I did check them both. Nothing is wrong with either of the accounts, I can sign in fine in all other microsoft services, even into xboxlive.com, but just not on my xbox or xbox companion app on PC

Check your DNS or if you are using a vpn providee you must turn off the vpn or if you are using google DNS you must use your HOST dns not google dns as that slows you down and affects you like a vpn
