(German) Warrenty and repair service mail address for Xbox One Controller without Xbox One

Hi,

can someone tell me the (in)official german service mail address for quastions about warrenty!? I have bought the Xbox One Controller only for Windows and this can not be activated if you have not the Xbox One. Now, I have failure and need an exchange.

wrong information in UPS warrntly service

hello

i bought xbox one x in 2 march 2018 and its was my first xbox console

but sadly the controller is not working perfectly .. and i contact xbox support and they asked me to ship it by UPS

and i did

but the problem is that they did not complete my address for the return!

only my first name without even my phone number!

Xbox One controller analog stick broken and Help chat is broken on this website

Controller - left analog stick moves up on its own accord. Have tried all the resolutions and failed. Trying to use warrenty which expires next month for One. The service says for my controller: "Sorry there are no accessories found. Please contact Xbox"

I have the AW One with the controller. I tried contacting the site's instant chat but that thing keeps failing with chat wont initialize.

The controller came with the console which is still under warrenty til November 2015.

thank you for the anwer. Befor my post I check the Online Service Center at first an there is the problem which I have described in the first post ... without a Xbox console you cant activate an accessoire like the controller for itsself (the serial number
has a different form). Therefor, I cant reach the repair/ replace procedure.

I cant use the official german support (Hotline). So pls tell me an official Xbox support mail adress (MS support mail adress is not able to help).

Never try a self repair, the best thing to do would be to concerntrate on the ones with a warrenty and either get it replaced at the store or repaired via microsoft. The one's without the warrenty.. well I wouldn't really put them in the oven myself, surely
that wouldn't even fix it perminantly..

Try contacting xbox support or return it to retail. The tray may be not working correctly. If you have warrenty still active i ll say return the xbox for a new one. Or you can mail your xbox to mircsoft and get it repaired, i hope i help you with this problem.
