German import xbox game

Hi, if I purchase an German import of Minecraft can I still play it in English?

I live in Italy. If I want to buy a game in English, there will be some problem with the dlcs?

I live in Germany and I have a German account. Most of the time I import my games from the UK. From my experience, some DLCs work and some don't work. One example is Modern Warfare 2, the map packs worked on the German version of the game and the UK version.
For Black Ops the German DLC only worked with the German version.

I also had trouble with a few other games, but then sometimes it works. So all you can do is try, unfortunately.

If it is a disk then buy a english or german disk

if it is a download

You cant very few games offer multiple language support

if you do not live in an english or german supported region then there is no way possible except to import a disk

as ac is region locked

That will depend on the language that is supported for the version you purchase. Probably not, you will need to verify the specs on the game.

I am American on a US account, stationed overseas in Asia. I use my US account for gaming but I set up a local account for local purchases in local currency. Everything I download to my console on the local account can be used by all users on that console
so I have no issues using the DLC and arcade stuff I buy even while using my US account.

I suggest that you do the same and set up a local account for purchases in local currency or the currency you prefer. Hope this helps.

Thanks for the reply. Yes, I did create a seperate account but its just a bit confusing since the account isnt bound to

the marketplace anymore since u can now set that in the system options. But I will try to make some purchases with the seperate account.

The way you stated this is a bit confusing.

Over all it deals with currency so too be 100% you should contact Official support and ask them.
