Hallo als erstes bitte ich nur Leute zu antworten die direkt bei Microsoft arbeiten oder in enger Verbindung stehen und sich bestens damit auskennen.

Ich habe meinen Controller nach Ichtershausen geschickt in die Garantstraße 2. aber das ist ein UPS Standort und nirgendwo in der Nähe ist ein Microsoft Standort. Der Controller ist schon am Donnerstag angekommen dort und auf der Microsoft Seite hat sich
immer noch nichts geändert. Jedoch hat sich auch das Versandetikett von Ichtershausen auf Frankfurt geändert aber der Controller ist schon in Ichtershausen

Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We understand you have questions on a repair. We recommend requesting a call back from support. It is most likely Frankfurt is where the repair center is.

When you go to Contact Us,follow these steps to request a call from support:

Step 1 ----click on Contact us
Step 2 ----under what you having trouble with select Subscriptions & billing
Step 3-----under what is the issue I can't redeem a code then hit next

Step 4 ----scroll down to select request a call

Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.

Alles gemacht, nur geht das Profil nicht zum downloaden, weil angeblich Passwort und E-Mail nicht übereinstimmen. Habe mein Passwort zurückgesetzt, neue Email angelegt - hilft alles nichts - kommt immer die gleiche Meldung: falsches Passwort oder falsche
Emailadresse. NUR: die Adresse und das Passwort sind richtig!!! Wieder insgesamt 2 Stunden für nichts vertan....
