Hello,

My wife purchased an XBOX Live subscription card from an online retailer. The packaging is in Spanish but other than that looks like any redemption card I have ever purchased. When I input the redemption code I get this error message:

"Contact the seller to get a code that works in your region. This code was purchased in a different region and cannot be redeemed. "

I expect the card is from outside the country, hence the issue. How can I resolve this?

Did you end up getting this sorted? I'm having the same issue with a code I gifted to someone in France, I live in the UK so the code I've gifted does not work in France and I had no way of knowing this.
