Geometry Wars 3Dimensions Evolved out already!?

The game recently released, which for me is a shock. Its predecessor hasn't even been out for 6 months...

Issue playing full version of Geometry Wars Evolved 2

In that case, the only other thing I can think of is that maybe it was bought with a different Xbox LIVE account.



Try going to the Geometry Wars Evolved 2 page on Xbox.com (click here), and look at "Full Game - Geometry Wars: Retro Evolved
2." Does it say "Already purchased" or "800 points"?

Same game just with this.....

"The updates include 40 new levels and other gameplay features such as new boss battles and gameplay types. Existing players can received Evolved as a free update while non-existing players can only purchased the Evolved expansion after the update is released"

 

If it's available for existing owners like myself, why is it insisting that I pay $15 in the store for it instead of simply offering an install option?

 

Not sure until I get home and try myself.

Have you tried running Geometry Wars 3 and see if it prompts you to do any updates?

 

There is a update for those of us that already have it at 200mb ish. It's been a while since I last played the game but I'm sure this adds the extra modes like hardcore and aditional levels.

My brother and I had a blast playing the classic and retro modes for a bit last night.

 

Loved first game on 360 I remember it being in the garage on pgr cant play this one as it gave my gf a seizure
