Genuinely confused

Recently (Last week) i have gotten two messages from the Enforcement team ''Notice of enforcement action''.

At first, i thought.. Maybe someone had reported me in--game for no reason because i usually top the leaderboard in points, ill let it be. So i did.. Now, today i've woken up to another message and they have revoked my Multiplayer privileges, and i genuinely have
no idea what i have done wrong. All i do is play battlefield 4 and battlefield 1 with my close friends and sometimes randoms when my friends are not online. When i go onto the news feed i sometimes share content for from my friends that i enjoy, for example
a nice clip from a battlefield game.

I understand this probably isn't the place to get my problem solved, i'm just upset knowing i don't break code of conduct knowingly and i have been reported twice in the last week, And i really can't think of anything i have done wrong.

Check my profile, you'll see. Maybe someone can spot something on there that shouldn't be? i dunno.

A common misconception is that a certain number of reports will result in an automatic suspension. According to the myth, even if you haven’t done anything wrong someone can get you suspended by encouraging players to file many complaints. This is completely
untrue.

XBLPET investigates complaints and takes each report into consideration when making an enforcement decision, but a certain volume or frequency of complaints doesn’t guarantee a suspension. We take an evidence-based approach to enforcement and take numerous
factors into account when considering issuing a suspension. The context around the content or activity is particularly essential and drives our decision-making process. Simply put, there is no magic formula that instantly results in a suspension.

Despite what some may claim, XBLPET will never ever ban anyone “for no reason”. Suspensions alwaysoccur as a result of a specific Code of Conduct violation.

I'm confused why would anyone want to stream a PC game to the One and then use a keyboard and mouse? What's the benefit in this? Genuine question??

No, I didn't buy on Microsoft.

I bought from argos back in the UK around about 10 months ago.

So on my Microsoft account, it shows there, and as it's stopped working, I decided to check, and it shows that it is still on warranty until 26 December. So I created the order for them to check repair god knows. this from Microsoft as you can see on the pictures.

What country are you located in?

Did you buy the cheaper Refurbished Series X consoles also available on the Microsoft store? Xbox Series X (Certified Refurbished)

As stated earlier, Nuremburg, Germany, is where the Xbox repair centre located. It's quite possible that your console ships from this location too. Which would perhaps make sense if it were refurbished.

Signing for packages over a certain amount is quite standard these days.
