    Why doesn't it recognize I own Hexic HD? On an unrelated note... Why was I excluded from the Teishin req pack for playing H5 before Nov. 7th? Seriously, Xbox... My fanatical brand loyalty is wavering. I'm so close to trading it in for a Sony. Nothing but
    aggravation, lately.

    Hi, it's probably because you never bought the game. Hexic HD was the free game that was already installed on every Xbox 360 when bought. To get the Xbox One to recognize you have the game, you have to goto the xbox marketplace on either Xbox 360 or xbox.com
    purchase it from there (Don't worry you will not be charged).

    Thanks for the heads up. You're right. It did come with the launch system. I didn't realize thateant they read the ownership differently.

    Add me to the list. Been trying since thursday of last week. For me however its ONLY Star Wars Battlefront clips that will not upload. Out of frustration I tried clips from other games and they worked fine.
