  text messages, voice messages, Skype on Xbox One, video communications, Upload privileges, in-game chat, and parties. Xbox Live does not monitor Skype calls, but due to the nature of the violation the suspension impacts all communications features.

  it seems when i report this as it being done to me im the one being suspended.Now here is the thing on some of the accounts i wasn't active for a week or so. i asked for a log on what was said and no reply which make me think these are
  generated no reply messages sent..I didn't know calling someone out on being a cheat is verbal abuse i asked what was said wrong and again no reply. in the world we live in now and in the united states you are guilty until proven innocent(except Louisiana).
  How can you fix a problem if you don't what the problem is ?I do know that this runs through the internet and like everything else it can be hacked such as was home depot and target before just for examples. the judicial system runs different.
  so you lose your account and no refund on any money you put on that account ie live membership. You have no say and what they say is final and that's it kind of like communism, you should be able to appeal or have some sort of rights.. i believe
  after full investigation if found guilty then action stands.but this is like theft and fraud and m thinking of possibly filing for a class law suit action against Microsoft as this wouldn't be the first one against them If anyone else feels
  like they also victims please reply back

When in an online lobby, what do the crown and shield symbols mean ? Also the little red and white bars to the left of the persons name ?

 

Matchmaking in general

To be honest for those two game modes... Yup. Sometimes even more if I'm carrying a squad.

Also it seems like you may have a temporary suspension, so it could be a lot worse and I believe innocent until proven guilty relates directly to the law, you haven't broken the law, the enforcement team believes you have breached the rules you agreed to
when signing-up to Xbox Live. Whether you think the reasoning is fair or not is kind of irrelevant.

 

see thats the whole thing i only would say someone is cheating not hate speech , verbal abuse ,or profanity it seems when i start doing real good on a game and /or renew my gold account they decide to suspend me i would like to see what i said
to be suspended i have a right t o know . but they wont let me know what isaid or did so wrong to suspend me
