    I just want to know how bad everyone has gotten screw over this bad I need a contact to resolved the lady who refunded me also reviewed my refund. My initial request said my daughter accidentally bought this when I briefly stepped away. She also mentioned
    it had lagged. The button sequence is to easy to screw one. This can't be legit how customers are getting done and now during a pandemic? The expensive one that by common sense is the one I reallllly care about in denied and you refund me the other ones for
    the laugh of it or do your advocates not care about thier job. Or.... maybe she lagged and clicked thru everything and screwed me.

    see thats the whole thing i only would say someone is cheating not hate speech , verbal abuse ,or profanity it seems when i start doing real good on a game and /or renew my gold account they decide to suspend me i would like to see what i said
    to be suspended i have a right t o know . but they wont let me know what isaid or did so wrong to suspend me

    Hey there, you might want to take a look at the Code of Conduct and Terms of Use which you agreed to when signing-up to xbox live.

    Also it seems like you may have a temporary suspension, so it could be a lot worse and I believe innocent until proven guilty relates directly to the law, you haven't broken the law, the enforcement team believes you have breached the rules you agreed to
    when signing-up to Xbox Live. Whether you think the reasoning is fair or not is kind of irrelevant.

    I would try them again. Hopefully you get it resolved but I feel your pain. It seems lousy they won't help.

    In the future I would definitely set that account up to prevent unauthorized purchases.

    coming toan end. Please
    power cycleyour console and see if it is back to normal when
    it comes up.Clear the alt mac by going to settings>network>network settings>adv. Settings> alt mac clear and restart.
