I have a question about my brothers new Xbox one account. currently my personal account is under a 100 day communication enforcement (not a ban of any sort) and I made a new account so he could keep in contact with a friend that left the state so he wouldn't
have to use mine and I was told that if my brother got his own gold subscription that the enforcement I was under wouldn't affect his account now I just got him a 3 month gold subscription of his own and is saying that he is under the same enforcement that
I am can someone please tell me why that is or how this can be resolved with just me having the enforcement and not him?

The enforcement team doesn't use the forums and we can't help you with suspension issues but your issue might be a console ban not account specific ban.

Well I see that the one question I was trying to get answered is not going to be answered so if someone else is willing to try to help then be my guest but if not the. After these 100 days are done then Microsoft can watch another die hard Xbox fan become
a PlayStation fan

 

since there are only enforcement actions on one account then more then likely there is a console ban on your device which would be a reason that your brother can't use the console due to your actions. the information on the enforcement site would be the
best site to find your answer due to it being the enforcement team only official site

 

update went back to the enforcement section of the Xbox website and upon further review it says that a "service suspension was deemed necessary" can someone explain what that specifically is because I looked all over that site and it didn't tell me what
it is

I received nothing concerning my enforcement the last thing I had gotten was an email concerning my Xbox live rewards program

 

I can't be sure what the issue is with your system if you have removed yourself from the console then nothing else should affect other players on the console unless there is a console ban

 

I have removed the account to an external hard drive and the new account is on the actual console and it still says that there is a ban on the new one if nothing else can I just be refunded for the 3 month gold subscription I put on the new one
