    Just curious, in my game & apps only certain games have small icons. 3 out of 11 games I have installed have a controller icon with a plus. Also 2 games that dont have that icon have a green * what do these mean? Also some apps have both.

    When in an online lobby, what do the crown and shield symbols mean ? Also the little red and white bars to the left of the persons name ?

    Hi Machetefaceslap, The controller icon in the corner means you have dlc installed for that game/app, and the green * in the white triangle in the top right of the game/app means that it has been updated.

    I have removed the account to an external hard drive and the new account is on the actual console and it still says that there is a ban on the new one if nothing else can I just be refunded for the 3-month gold subscription I put on the new one

    update went back to the enforcement section of the Xbox website and upon further review it says that a "service suspension was deemed necessary" can someone explain what that specifically is because I looked all over that site and it didn't tell me what

    The enforcement team doesn't use the forums and we can't help you with suspension issues but your issue might be a console ban not account specific ban.
