Well because you think you so [Mod Removed] special you Enforment Team can't be contacted I am posting here. Now I don't care if this isn't the place. I don't care if Technical support can't help because this is where I am going to vent.

Forums are fairly quiet these days.

There are too many sections. Cut the number of boards and make the place look busy. Casual visitors will be more likely to stay then.

Do we really need General Game Discussion, Xbox General Discussion, Xbox Live General Discussion, and Xbox One General Discussion?

Cut it down to Xbox 360 General Discussion and Xbox One General Discussion.

Unfortunately this is the General Update Preview Discussion not game request forum or game general discussion. Game requests will do you no good here as this forum is for the discussion of the Xbox Firmware updates.

It would be better to have your post in either,
Xbox General Discussion,
Xbox One General Discussion,
General Game Discussion or
Community Chatter.

 

Oh let's not forget your case reviews are a joke as well. A BIG JOKE

 

First off we in the forums do NOT work for microsoft OR the enforcement team.

Now that thats out of the way if you were swearing online then thats against the terms of service (which is a legal agreement) that YOU clicked 'I AGREE' to. So suing will get you NOWHERE.

Also on a side note sony WILL BAN YOU for swearing too if you get reported. So it would be NO DIFFERENCE on there.

I'm sorry, but the only way to contact the Enforcement Team (XBLPET) is to do that through the Enforcement site.

If your account has been banned or suspended you can log in with the affected gamertag on the Xbox Enforcement Website. From there you can view the reason for your ban, ban length, and file a case review if you are eligible.

Any Xbox Live member with an active enforcement action may submit a case for review through the account's
Enforcement History, provided the enforcement meets the following requirements:

• The enforcement's duration is greater than 24 hours in length
• The enforcement was issued in the last 12 months

You may only request a review of your own active enforcement actions, and must be signed in to the account that received the enforcement (or signed in to the parent account if a child account was suspended). Prior to submitting a Case Review, you may be
prompted to complete a short questionnaire designed to gauge your understanding of the Code of Conduct. Failure to pass this questionnaire will temporarily prevent you from submitting a review, during which time they recommend familiarizing oneself with the
Code of Conduct.

Note: Currently, Xbox device bans are not eligible for Case Review.
