General discussion of Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare

So what do you Call of Duty fans out there think of the new game?

I think it's quite nice. I know a lot of you are disappointed because you want back the old sytle of CoD games (me too), but this year
we are going in space and that can be exciting, and you can't say that it's going to be like
HALO or Dead Space cause it's still a Call of Duty. And if you think it over it can happen in the real life. And
fighting on different planets maybe have different physics and you need to get used to it. And in my opinion this year's CoD will be great cause I never disappoionted in Infinity Ward before, and they said on yesterdays
(2nd of may) stream that they trying to keep the core of the game (why a CoD is a CoD) but they improoving and innovating at the same time. And as you can see they
remastered Call of Duty: Modern Warfare which is a fan favourite game which is exactly keeping the core of the game but innovating at the same time. Although you only can get the
MW Remastered with the Infinite Warfare (in my opinion it'll be released separately), I think it absolutely worts it's price.

Wow! I watched the video presentation and thought Pretty Awesome. It is undeniable that each version that has been released, the graphic quality is being used at the height of the XBOX ONE can offer. Just wait for the launch.

 

To be honest, I didn't mind the futuristic games Call of Duty released. I thought that the fast-paced action that we saw in Advanced Warfare was actually refreshing and new and exciting. Of course the double jump had originally come from Titanfall and the
idea of the future mostly came from the average rated Call of Duty Ghosts back in 2013. I spent many hours playing Call of Duty Ghosts and wondered where Activision would go from here. Ofcourse that led to Call of Duty Advanced Warfare and then Black Ops 3,
all future games. I, personally loved those two games but thought it was time for a change. Time for a new thing to pop out of the minds of Activision or maybe even go back to the grass roots of World War One, but that didn't happen and now Call of Duty Infinite
Warfare has received all those dislikes on its official trailer AND EA have released Battlefield 1. I think we know already which is the best. I think Activision need to look at the internet community and realise, its time for a change.

 

I am not going to jump the gun and tear the game down before having my own hands on it like most people out there are doing. In fact I am quite hyped for it, talk about different planets, flying in space etc for the campaign sounds awesome and the little
video I've seen so far from it looks absolutely gorgeous. Multiplayer is the main reason I keep getting COD year after year, and if it follows in the movement steps of BO3 I'll be happy, not going backwards to AW style, which in my opinions was ok but BO3
does it better.

So in conclusion, can't wait for November and COD4... I'll spend some time on it, but I'm more hyped for IW.

i was a bit disappointed about it being futuristic at 1st but once i saw videos of it my excitement kicked in.. i don't think it will be as bad as people think it will.

I think they've made a big mistake bringing out Cod4 with it tho as i think now alot of people wont even give infinate warfare a try or if they do they'll judge the game before getting used to the new game and just play cod4.

Ithink if they had just brought it out on its own most of the people that said they wasnt gonna buy it would of still maybe bought it just because its call of duty and then they could of released Cod4 3/6 months later.
