General Advice For Beginners - Playing How I Want To Play Instead Of How The Internet Tells Me ...

While the internet is a great thing it destroyed "Oblviion" and "Skyrim" for far too many gamers by telling them what they "HAD" to do.

Fact of the matter is that both "Oblivion" and "Skyrim" could be completed by any number of different characters, races and builds.

Just because you could power level your character to the point where you could drop a Legendary Dragon with a single blow from a sneak attack doesn't mean you would really enjoy yourself if you did.

In fact in "Oblivion" being eventually able to kill anything with a touch spell got pretty dull and I packed that character in.

So when it comes to The Elder Scrolls Online I shall start by playing a Dunmer Mage.

There are pages of text that promise me the Moon on a Stick... that if I do what they say... I'll be a PVP, PVE monster with people begging me on a daily basis to go dungeon crawling with them.

But I'd much rather play making my own decisions rather than religiously following someone else's "MUST PLAY LIKE THIS GUIDE".

So from those who have experienced teh game I would appreciate a bit of "general advice" when it comes to characters.

Just basic stuff that's good to do and stuff that should be avoided and why.

Hopefully some people will understand what I mean and be able to offer some helpful advice.

Call of Duty - Advance Warfare

Hello all

After about a couple of months of infrequent play, I started playing the COD-AW again. I would like to go thru the training session for beginners of the game but not sure how. You are given the option when u start playing the game but not sure how
to go back to it. thanks in advance for any help.

Tell me how its justifiable to brick your gaming console everytime your isp's internet goes down. Thats when I want to play single player games...Ya i preordered...a PS4!!!!

 

Play what race/class/build that YOU want. I had friends quit neverwinter because a mutual friend would constantly tell them that if they didn't play this class as this race with this exact build and gear set they would never get to do a dungeon. He is doing
the same thing for ESO and we told him off. "Only wood elf deserves to use bow. Don't do sorcerer unless you play high elf. Don't do templar unless you play breton and do only the healing build" Play how you want and the game will be more enjoyable for you

 

Yh I checked many builds but right now I'm just going my own way! As you play you choose your own techniques and skill combos!

 

Take your time and enjoy yourself. There is no such thing as a perfect build unless you are determined to be Emperor. I brought a full set of Level 8 characters to the AD on the transfer so I'm not any more ahead than the zillion people I saw yesterday in
the marine disguise clustered around the queen. Walk around and explore, fight some critters, kill some bad guys.

The only think I think important to advise any beginning player is to always go back to the starter island. There are skyshards to be gathered and lessons to be learned. In fact, Khenarthi's Roost is more likely to kill you early than Vulkhel Guard is. Those
Torchbugs and Alits pack a mean punch while the occasional wolf or imp in Auridon are much easier to off. Oh, in case you don't know, the mudcrabs can burrow and always call their friends.

 

All you really need is my guy, an angry as hell Viking gigolo. He will woo your women, kick your cat, whip your *** while your girlfriend holds his jacket and drink all your *** beer! And that's all before 9 a.m. Things get interesting after that...
