    Gen Scarlett Games crashing to dashboard Xbox series x


    Every Game with Scarlett app model on Xbox X on the System Crashes to Dashboard every 40 minutes.

    There are stutters at times at both 4k and 1080p. Older app models have no issue.

    It seems to be a RAM issue and is frequent enough that this must be a known issue internally.

    System reboots are performed, heat management is in place, there is no conceivable reason for this issue. The issue, again, does not arise in older app models at all, even in 4k.

    When will the gen scarlett issues be fixed for the xbox series x, all games with at gen scarlett tag are unplayable

    Hi Belen, on my xbox series x, games like forza h5, forza horizon 2, far cry 6, are constantly crashing, these are scarlett games no? Doom, battlefield 5, need for speed are running ok for hours, no issues at all, why this is happening? My xbox is not overheating, i believe is a software problem, or our xboxes are somehow from a gen/lot with some problems... My xbox is from june/july (not sure) '23, thanks

    Did you get a resolution ? I've just received a brand new xbox series x back, date on the back is 4th June 2021. (last xbox series x died)

    Every game I load results in xbox restarting or crash to the dashboard

    If i weree you i will wait for the next gen scarlett, the xbox one x is good but the next gen will be great and backwards compatible, buy it just my opinion

    A lot of people playing on the Series S and X are having issues with the game frequently crashing to dashboard and, sometimes, even causing the console to switch itself off. The same happened with the next gen version of 2k21

    Scarlett will be backwards compatible with Xbox One games and with Xbox 360 and Original Xbox games that Microsoft already has as an option for and for future titles. As some say, the Xbox One X is a powerful console. Whether it is the Xbox One X or Xbox
    One S, I am positive Microsoft will still be supporting these consoles for years to come.
