Gems still not transfer to account...

Discus and support Gems still not transfer to account... in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; i been waiting for ever to get my pending gems transfer to my account, i opt out from xbox reward i believe in may..     Gems still not transfer to account...


    i been waiting for ever to get my pending gems transfer to my account, i opt out from xbox reward i believe in may.. I know is suppose to be deposit at the end of july i just want to know how much longer do i need to wait?

    If you mean the gems, they would have been transferred at a rate of 1:1. So 1 gem would be equal to 1 Microsoft point.

    Rewards credits should have been deposited into your Microsoft account balance as currency. 1,000 credits was equal to £0.80

    If your credits and gems were supposed to transfer at the end of June, there was an issue and that transfer will happen by the end of July.

    Redemption still not deposited/pending

    I used MYVIP Gems to purchase 2 of the 5000 rewards points prizes. it is still not in my account or Pending!!

    Yes. If you still have gems left when the transition takes place, the gems will be added to your Microsoft rewards account as Microsoft rewards points.

    Well, it would seem like 50 gems is equivalent to $1 USD in the MyVIP vault. The price changes a bit if you buy the higher tiered items, such as the $25 visa gift card being 40 gems each dollar. However, in the FAQ, it states that 1 gem will equal 1 Microsoft
    rewards point. However, 1000 Microsoft rewards points is equivalent to $1 USD. So it's way better if you spend your gems before they are transferred. If you have 500 gems, that get's you a $10 gift card in the Vault. If it's transferred, that get's you $0.50

    Any remaining rewards credits would be deposited into your Microsoft account balance. Any remaining gems will be transferred to your Microsoft Rewards account. This was supposed to be done by the end of June, but due to issues that has been delayed and should
    be done by the end of July.

    Those are for gems which are not the same as rewards credits.
    So what are the gems? As in the email it states that they will be transferred across to microsoft reward credits. I thought it had some affect on the rewards I recieve?
