    hi you said if we download and play the game gems of war we will get 1 entry in a sweepstake to win some great prizes i have been playing the game for over a month and have not received 1 entry yet can you tell me why please i have also posted this quistion
    on several forums and had no reply

    i have been playing gems of war where it says for every 30mns you play you get 1 free entry into the sweepstake well i have been playing for days and got nothing ???? why is this please

    We only see playtime on for Gems of War on May 16th. Keep in mind that it takes us up to 96 hours to receive and process new activity, so if you have just played today, we have not yet received that information. Additionally, as specified in the Official
    Rules for this offer, you may only receive one entry per day.

    How does the FREEdom Rewards Gems of War Sweepstakes work?

    During the duration of the sweepstakes, Xbox Live Rewards members who are legal residents of Canada (excluding Quebec) and the United States who are 18 and over can enter to win a variety of prizes in the FREEdom Rewards Gems of War Sweepstakes. To
    participate, members must first register on the site. They can then earn extra entries by downloading the Xbox One game Gems of War from the Xbox Store if they haven’t already and playing for at least 30 minutes. For every 30 minutes you play, you can
    earn 1 extra chance to win, for a total of 7 entries per week.

    Since you are a British member, you are not eligible for this offer. You may wish to make sure that your region selected is the United Kingdom from the Select Region button at the bottom left of the website, and that you are logged in to the Rewards webpage.

    My rewards are not working

    It takes 96 hours for purchases and activity to update on the website so 2 days is far too soon. Subsequently, you need to complete promotions or make eligible purchases to be rewarded. Also, Trove and Gems of War are the only eligible
    titles to earn rewards for playing. however you do not receive reward credits, but rather in-game currency for Trove and Sweepstakes entries for Gems of War.
