Gems of War DLC 'starter pack' (promo code)

I have a 25 digit xbox code that will only give access to a promotion DLC for a free to play game. (I will never play this game and do not want the DLC)...

My questions are: Can I redeem the DLC code for microsoft account balance? (&) Could I please have a link to the respectable microsoft/XB online live chat support team to formally submit a request? (Please only submit a link if you believe there might be
a chance to convert the promo dlc code into a microsoft account balance to go towards any purchase within the online digital store).

(Before you ask... I have a good reason to ask for the live support online chat to a human link)

The live chat online support page has changed their web address. The page I bookmarked doesn't exist since my last enquiry from 2018. (Out of curiosity why does live chat change their web address?)

1 more thing... Can I post a promo code here if I can't get an account balance substitution for the DLC code?
