    Gems missing, and challenges aren't being shown as complete


    I had 69 gems in my account, and this morning it showed I only had 9, its not possible to have this low since I had completed October monthly (5 gems), Preorder(5 gems), and FREEdom reward (6 gems)

    and the challenges are not acknowledging the preorders I have put in

    The gems that show up when you earn an achievement is just to note that it is a rare achievement. It doesn't have anything to do with gems earned through the Rewards program. In order to earn gems you either have to complete a challenge (which are listed
    on the Missions page of the rewards site), complete offers, and you can can earn gems for every 1,000 gamerscore you earn and/or reaching new achievement tiers.

    I have already recieved some for various achievements that have been done on there so why did I get those then?

    We received reports of gem issues on Friday that we have received word has been recently resolved. We see that your account has been updated. Are you still seeing an incorrectly low amount on your vault page?

    to show off your achievement on your MyRewards page.


    Your progress towards MyChallenges will start tracking as of October 1, 2017.

    Nothing done prior to gems starting on October 1 counts towards the offers.
