Gems for missions not showing up!

Hello,

I just spoke to a customer care person about gems not showing up, or able to be collected, for missions that I just noticed that i have completed (they could not help so they directed me here).

Golden Child, Pass Go, In the Mix and prospector i have completed but cant collect the gems and they aren't on my account already.

How do I collect these 220 missing gems, or are they in the process of posting to my account?

One-Two-Free Punch

Hello,

I recently purchased add-ons for Gems of War and Fallout Shelter. The Punch-out for Gems of War is showing up but not for Fallout Shelter. When will I receive the credit.

Did not receive my credits or myvip gems for completing missions

I completed 2 different missions and did not receive my credits or myvip gems for completing the missions.

Rewards support will double check on some of them for you, but keep in mind that gems just started on October 1. so it hasn't quite been 3 months yet for Golden Child.

Since Gems were only created in October, it is not possible to have completed Golden Child or Pass Go, as three months have not yet been completed (also, as stated in the FAQ, Pass Go only began in November). Regarding In the Mix, since you did not have
30 minutes of time on November 18-24, you have not had 3 consecutive weeks of Mixer usage since you began on October 31st. We see that your prospector Gems are still waiting for you to claim them on the MyRewards page.

Multiple achievements in Forza 7 that noted Gem earned on screen that have shown up.

The gems that show up when you earn an achievement is just to note that it is a rare achievement. It doesn't have anything to do with gems earned through the Rewards program. In order to earn gems you either have to complete a challenge (which are listed
on the Missions page of the rewards site), complete offers, and you can can earn gems for every 1,000 gamerscore you earn and/or reaching new achievement tiers.

I have already recieved some for various achievements that have been done on there so why did I get those then?

Through GamePass I have found some gems but with the missions they are generally games that interest me anyways and there is more of an incentive to bump them up the back catalogue pile
