    If you have already paid for the game, then no you do not have to pay for it again, if you want to reinstall it.

    No, if you have purchased the game, you own it and will be able to reinstall it again without paying for it.

    No, all the games you buy with your account always will be associated to your account. If you, in the future, want to play it again, just go to the Ready to install menu and you can reinstall it again.
