Gem rewards are sold out.

With the recent news that XBL Rewards will cease to exist in June 2018, isn't it about time we are given the option to redeem the gems for Xbox gift cards/Visa gift cards?

Certainly, if these conveniently remain "Sold out", we all will be accepting 1/10th the value when our precious "Gems" are converted into an almost worthless Microsoft Point, at a 1 for 1 ratio.

I've spent a considerable amount of time trying to collect gems, follow the XBL rewards system, participate in contests/missions, etc...

Seriously, trying to take 1 gem and give me 1 MSR point for it is unacceptable for me and for any other person that actually logged on, navigated the atrocity of a site that is XBL Rewards is, and made an effort to make something
successful that was never asked for in the first place.

Unused VIP gems

Will I get rewards points added to my microsoft rewards account for all the unused gems I have left in my vault when the program ends?

All of the items I want to buy with my gems are sold out and I already own the items that are still in stock.

I earned those gems, so I feel I should be compensated somehow. It is not like I asked for you all to get rid of this program, but some of those gems I bought things from you just to get the gems and if you do not compensate me, then I was falsely told I
would receive a reward.

I think that the conversion rate is really unfair, Gems are worth way more on xbox rewards than on Microsoft rewards, people have more than a thousand gems saved up that they can't use them because of items being out of stock, and their value will plummet
from 2000 gems~$20 to 2000 gems~$25 when xbox rewards is discontinued.

 

The worst part is that MS own digital currency is out of stock. Seriouslly? It looks like try to s...w people with this 1:1 conversion.

 

I am also gutted about this (In fact, I have not seen anyone have anything positive to say about this transformation). I have started doing every thing I can to get rewards and am already up to nearly 2000 GEMS. Then they go and take this away. This really
is shocking and it looks like Microsoft are going to be upsetting a hell of a lot of gamers here!! TAKE NOT MS, listen to your loyal fans!!
