Gehacktes Konto [Translation-Hacked Account]

Hallo,

ich hoffe, dass ich hier Hilfe finde.

Mein Sohn hatte ein Microsoft Konto.

Dies wurde am Samstag wohl gehackt, in der ersten Mail wurde von Microsoft Support Team geschrieben, dass eine weitere Mail Adresse hinzugefügt wurde. Kurz darauf ein Mail, dass das Kennwort geändert wurde und die nächste Mail war dann die Löschung seiner
Mailadresse.

Die Kontaktaufnahme mit dem Support Center telefonisch brachte leider keinen Erfolg ... was können wir jetzt tun ?

Weiters ist das X-Box Konto mit diesem Zugang verknüpft und auch nicht mehr benützbar.

Die Mailadresse wurde gelöscht, daher kann ich auch das ganze zurücksetzen etc. nicht machen ....

Gibt es hier hilfreiche Vorschläge für uns ?

This was arguably hacked on Saturday, in the first Mail was written by Microsoft Support Team that another Mail address was added. Shortly thereafter an Email that the Password was changed and the next Mail was then Deleting his Email address.

Unfortunately, Contacting the Support Center by phone did not bring any Success ... What can we do now?

Furthermore, the X-Box account is linked to this Access and can no longer be used.

The Email Address has been deleted, so I can't reset the whole thing etc ...

Are there any helpful Suggestions for us here?

Hello Concerned gamer,

You will need to request a call from support. As the primary email and password have been changed there is no way for you to recover the account yourself. In the

account compromised solution, you need the primary email or phone number. When you request a call tell them you are unable to do the from do to all security proofs have been changed.

When you go to Contact Us to get it to request a chat follow these steps:

Step 1 ----select Xbox One
Step 2 ----select see other options then subscription changes
Step 3-----select show contact options

Step 4 ----select request call from support

Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.

Step 2 ----under what you having trouble with select Subscriptions & billing
Step 3-----under what is the issue I can't redeem a code then hit next

Step 4 ----scroll down to select request a call
