I would like to recommend you following troubleshooting step to recover your account:

• As your account has been hacked then, you can recover your account using the Microsoft account recovery form, when you fill out the account recovery form, make sure that you provide as much information as possible and correctly so that the account can be easily recovered. This is an automated process with no human intervention, so the whole process is done automatically by the system and here is the link: Recover your account
