een vriend van mij is op xbox geblokkerd voor het breken van de gedrags code iemand was een gesprek aangegaan met mijn vriend waarbij hij sexueele berichten stuurde en vrezelijk veel invites er was aangegeven dan mijn vriend hier niet zo van gediend was.
die persoon vroeg waar als mijn vriend niet van gediend was dat en dus heeft mijn vriend tegen deze persoon de exact zeflde woorden getypt waar hij niet van gediend was en heeft deze persoon mijn vriend gereport voor de woorden die hij zelf engelijk bedoelde
dit lijkt me toch niet helemaal eerlijk en nu wil mijn vriend een klacht indienen bij xbox life met bewijs dat deze persoon dit heeft getypt en er zelf niets mee bedoelde aleen zijn woorden gebruikte om te vertellen waar hij niet van gediend was dus de vraag
is waar kan er heen geemaild worden voor een klacht waarbij bewijs geleverd kan worden voor een deblokering.

https://enforcement.xbox.com/ and sign in with his blocked account.

There he can then click on the yellow tile with the hammer on it, and check the list of suspensions.

If the suspension lasts for more than 24 hours, your friend can then file a case review, where he can explain the case and provide evidence.

Since the Case Review can take up to two working days, you can only file a case review for suspensions that last for more than 24 hours, as the account will stay blocked during the Case Review. So you would only make the block longer.
