Beste mensen,

Vandaag om 21:23 uur kreeg ik een email dat mijn Xbox live geblokkeerd is om 21:15.

Ik ben geblokkeerd voor Marketplace-diefstal, terwijl het enigste wat ik ingevuld heb de laatste weken is een prepaid Xbox live kaart van de Gamemania.

Ik kan mij wel herinneren dat ik een maand geleden games wilde aanschaffen die speelbaar zijn op XBOX one via backwards-compatibility maar daar was perse een creditcard voor nodig. Dus heb twee keer een bestelling geannuleerd.

Ik heb de Xbox One drie a vier weken niet aangehad, behalve om die prepaid kaart in te vullen.

Het kan toch niet zo zijn dat door die annulering ik nu geblokkeerd ben voor 2 weken?

Het is toch niet mogelijk dat die prepaid kaart hiervoor gezorgd heeft?

Wat zou ik kunnen doen om te achterhalen wat er nou precies speelt?

Ik heb een verzoek ingediend om de klacht in te zien, maar ik krijg altijd bij de vragen de melding dat ik te veel antwoorden fout beantwoord.

Is er iets aan de hand of wat kan ik doen?

Tijdelijk geblokkeerd/Temporarily Blocked

Mijn andere account is tijdelijk geblokkeerd maar ik wil graag weten waarom en voor hoelang? GT: FreelanceRe4per

My other account has been temporarily blocked but i want to know why and for how long? GT:FreelanceRe4per

On billing everything is oke... no notices

The exact error message is:

"Je account is tijdelijk geblokkeerd op Xbox LIVE.

Je kunt je niet aanmelden bij Xbox LIVE tot 31-12-9999. Er is een e-mail met meer informatie verzonden naar het e-mailadres van de Windows Live ID voor deze account."

Your account has been temporary been banned on Xbox Live

You can't sign in untill 31-12-9999 there is a email dispatched to the email adres with information.

So the message says temporary, but the date doesn't implies temporary... seem like a life time.. but why?

I tried that link, but there isn't information about what can be done about it.

I didn't do anything except submitting a prepaid code and trying to buy an expansion.

I needed a creditcard to buy that expansion for xbox with backwards compatibilty so I canceled it.

That link doesnt give any information except i got suspended, but no detailed information about why.

If I try to get a preview of the case I answer the questions but it said I had answered wrong.

Hope you can give me some information of why I got suspended?

Unfortunately, none of the ambassadors or forums team are able to see anything about any enforcement.

The only means you can check on anything about the ban is on enforcement.xbox.com

If it doesn't give you the option to file for a case review, you'll have to wait out the ban in the mean time.
