GearsOfWar4: No Brothers to the End code

Hi there!

I just got my way through the support and they could not help me and send me here.

So my Problem is:

i preorderd the Gears4 ultimate edition from Amazon, but i did not got the expected Brothers-to-the-End Bonus Content.

But on your blog (see here: ) you are telling every pre-order game got this pack.

Can you help me out?

The women at the support told me this is a known probleme and there are many more out there.

Hello, I've had pre-orderd Gears of war 4 ultimate edition and I still don't have Brothers to the end dlc code. What should I do to get it? Thanks

So crazy how no answer is coming from microsoft – i am a huge gears of war fan and got every game since gears 1 even some collectors edition. but this is crazy it feels like i got robbed by Microsoft & The Coalition …

Can you check your Gears of War 4 tile and see if you see an item called, "Adam Fenix" listed please? There is currently a display error with the pack however your in-game content is not affected -

Same here man! I Pre-ordered Gears of war 4 Ultimate Edition and I have not received my "Bothers to the end elite gear pack". Did you find it? I downloaded everything and tried re-downloading as well. I still haven't got the Bonus content. I tried refreshing
my Xbox too. I have never had trouble like this befor.

They just tell you to check your Downloads, to Re-install it or

Keep playing without.

Don't think there will be any fix...

 

Exactly the same issue but with simply games.

They basically said they don't care it's not their issue

 

I have the same issue. I preordered the ultimate edition from Best Buy. Picked up on Friday and did not receive the DLC code. It was not printed on my receipt as some forums suggested. I called Best Buy and they told me they give out codes based on what
they receive from Microsoft, so if I did not receive it, they said it's a Microsoft issue. Can you please resolve this and push this DLC to me? I'm frustrated with how much effort this has taken me to resolve.

 

I think good support is something else.

Amazon send me here to Microsoft Costumerservice and they send me here.

Here i am and i got send to another forum. where literally 10.000 people are posting about exactly the same problem!

@AlignedFir - Your issue is a separate one than is being described in this thread. However if you are missing content that was supposed to be provided by the retailer, you will need to speak to your retailer directly. I know it's frustrating however we do
not have access to their systems.

@vu3n0x - If you are continuing to not see your content then you will want to reach out and leave a post in that thread I linked above as requested by The Coalition staff.

Anyway, somehow it worked and i got my BTTE Pack!

Ah!

For everyone else, i redeemed the other codes like Vintage Del and something, via browser.

Somehow when i come home yesterday, there was a 220mb update (or something) and there was the BTTE pack in it.

So keep your head up i wish you all the luck and hope it will work out for you guys too!
