Gears Tatics not responding quickly to controller after watching 2 Bluerays.

I don't know exactly the cause. But, Gears Tatics is no responding quickly and I think it is possibly an OS bug.

1) on non-insider XSX with latest updates.

2) Gears Tatics is the only game played with multiple days of turning off the XSX with instant on capability.

3) I have no issue with controller playing Gears Tatics, thus, I don't think it is a game's problem, more like an OS problem.

4) I played two Blueray Movies. And I hold the home button and turn off the controller to save battery. This happens multiple times. (a possible cause here, because this is the only time I turn off controller instead of the console).

5) Going back to play Gears Tatics, the controller still works, but, the input often gets dropped, like press A or B or Y or Bumper does respond, I have to press multiple times. And analog stick the same problem, I have to do it multiple times to move. Taking battery out and back does not solve this problem.

6) restart the console solved my problem. I also quit the game before I restart the console, but, I didn't bother to try if that fixed my issue or not.

Note, I am not the only case. I have heard unreliable controller on XSX before. I thought those are just defective launch consoles. The first impression was the controller was defective when I read those cases. But, since I didn't have the problem for a long time and a console restart solved the problem, this is more on the software level, not hardware.

Hope you guys looking into it.
