Gears tactics closing

hi

Gears tactics closes when it gets to the menu on my profile but if I run the game on my brothers profile the game runs fine .This has happened on two pc's now and I cant figure out how to fix this

I have tried . the site has almost no info and I cant see a way to contact an agent for help

account.microsoft.com normally? Does this happen with any other game? Please let us know with a response so that we can better understand and troubleshoot this issue.
