    Gears Support is terrible.


    Physical Gear cards, known issue, Phoenix Omen Lancer redeems as Swarm Emblem. Have been to the Gears forums, followed the instructions. Has been about six weeks. Absolutely no response.

    Microsoft says to post here - because there is no way to file a formal complaint. (After they've wasted half an hour of my time, not even reading what I typed.)

    Would love to get this resolved.

    Support is Terrible !

    Dear Xbox Support,

    Its now 10 years that i am an Xbox live Gold Member. In these past 10 years i have not even called once and asked for anything. Its now the second time , that my Xbox Headset is broken. The first one was the Headset which is included in the Xbox One bundle.
    The second one i bought is the Stereo Headset, which only worked for about 6 months and cost me 50 Euros ! And there was many more when i played on the 360...

    Now i have called the Xbox Support Service the third time and nobody could help me again !! Everytime the same stupid excuse: there is a problem with the System, we will call you back... But no one called me back !!

    I am really disappointed ! All i want is play games online and talk to my friends. Is it so hard to send me a new Headset or to fix my Headset ?!

    These policies are in effect to protect people from stealing an account and transferring it to a different e-mail address. Support is not terrible, in fact the agent did everything he--yes he is quite human--could do. It is not Microsoft's fault that you
    "accidentally" associated it with someone else's e-mail account.

    P.S.

    You also gave up any "legal" right to sue Microsoft. Read the ToU.

    Terrible support

    Codes don't expire for years. The store most likely won't refund the codes since there's too much chance of the codes being used then returned. You have no legal leg to stand on as Microsoft is simply declining to fix a mistake YOU made in a time frame
    you desire.
