gears of wars ultimate edition - no codes sent to gears of war 1,2,3 judgment

I have purchased gears of wars ultimate edition with the promotion of recieving the old gears of war games as codes over 10 days ago. I have not recieved any codes and after speaking with a microsoft rep i was advised to post here.

help please.

hey i recently received the Gears of War 1,2,3 and Gears of war judgment codes for playing gears of war ultimate edition and i never redeemed the codes. I for some reason no longer have the message so i contacted a support person and they told me to post
on here for help.

We began sending codes to eligible users on November 19th, and will continue sending codes on a regular basis through early January. If you have not received your codes yet, please be patient - all eligible users will receive their codes by early January!
