Gears of Wars codes

I am really upset I bought my Gears of War UE on December 13th and did not get my codes.

bought gears of wars 4 from xbox live store but i didnt receive the gears of wars collection promotional code. please help me

 

Gears of Wars collections code missing

I have bough XBOX ONE Gears of Wars 2TB bundle and did not received Gears of Wars collections codes since I have activated Gears of War 4 Ultimate Edition end November 2016.

 

They have recently started another wave of code mail outs; you should get yours soon.

Codes do not come packaged with the game. You have to play online between August 25, 2015 and December 31, 2015 and they will send you codes for the 4 games. So as long as you played online before Dec 31, 2015 you will be messaged the codes through xbox
live. They will come in 2 messages (2 codes per message.)

 

i was told the codes would be sent out by jan 1, still no codes here. to be honest my experience with the xbox one and their customer service has been one of the worst experiences ive had

 

The codes are sent out in waves. They were scanning gamertags and sending out codes once a week. They also state that it will take a few weeks. So I would just wait. Here is ther FAQ,

I still haven't received my codes either.
