Gears Of Wars 2 Game Not My Download Listed

İ purchased gears of war ultimate edition. I Have Gears of War: Xbox 360 Collection digital code. I entered codes. I see Gears Of War, Gears Of War 3 and Gears Of War Judgement. But I dont see Gears Of War 2. I entered markedplace.xbox.com sites on Gears Of
War 2 site. I see message this site "Game purchased Game On Download List". But i dont see My Xbox One console download list. I need your help. I play Gears Of War 2 But i dont play this
situation.

how to free download entire Xbox 360 Gears of War collection with the 1TB Gear of wars xbox one s?

I bought the xbox one s 1TB gears of wars version two days ago. It is listed online that the entire gears of war game (1, 2 ,3) is available for download with the purchase. How can I download these games on xbox one s?

Gear of Wars 3 code not working

I have received the Gears of Wars promotional codes. I was able to download Gears of Wars 2 and Judgement, but i am not able to download GOW 3. I chatted with Jake M from support and he told me the code is active.

 

I have same problem.I can't sene Gears Of War 2 on my download list.Just this game.!!

 

I purchased the Gears of War Ultimate Edition, and had no problem downloading Gears, Gears 3, or the prequel. However, I am unable to pull up anything for Gears 2 to download onto my console. I contacted Xbox customer service and they directed me here saying
that there was another code that I may require.

I've merged another thread describing a similar issue in here for better visibility. Could each of you do the following and let us know how it goes?

• From the Xbox One dashboard, scroll to the left to open the Xbox One Guide.
• Scroll down to 'Settings' and then select 'All Settings'.
• Within the Settings screen, scroll down to 'System' and select 'Language & location'.
  
• From here, switch the console region to a region you are not located in (United States or United Kingdom as a couple examples) and then restart your Xbox One console. You may need to switch your language to select one of those locations.
  
• After your console restarts, check your 'Ready to install' list to see if the game is listed. If you see it listed, go ahead and install from there, and then switch your region and language back to where you're physically located in.
  

If the issue persists after following those steps above, please report back here!

 

I followed these procedures and still nothing.

 

I am in the same boat, and Gears 2 shows play on xbox one when i pull it up on my phone via smartglass, however I still do not have it on the console itself

Do you guys own
Gears of War 2 on the account that you're posting on? If you click on that link, does it ask you to purchase it or does it say it's already been purchased? If it is asking you to purchase it again, are you able to find the purchase in your history on
commerce.microsoft.com? If you cannot see it there, you will need to
reach out to support to have them look for the license on your account.

Let us know if you're able to see it as purchased or not!
