Discus and support gears of wars 1 & 3 codes not working in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; bought gears of wars 4 and came with the codes for all the previous games. 2 & judgement worked but 1 & 3 didnt. my gamertag is . hope you can...     gears of wars 1 & 3 codes not working


    bought gears of wars 4 and came with the codes for all the previous games. 2 & judgement worked but 1 & 3 didnt.

    Region free games??? Purchase xbox in one country and buy games in another country.

    This seems no longer to be true.

    Games purchased from other regions will play if physical disk, but any connected download codes will not work.

    There are issues for example with the Gears of War 1-3 codes (included with Gears of War collection) and the Fallout 3 codes (that came with Fallout 4).

    Hi, sorry for my bad english. I try all my best that you can understand me.

    I have 3 Codes:

    "Gears of War", "Gears of War 3" and "Gears of War: Judgment".

    I just tried to reenter the codes. The "Gears of War 3"-Code and "Gears of War: Judgment"-Code works!

    Only the "Gears of War"-Code doesn't work.

    I get these Message:

    Something went wrong

    Cannot download Gears 1 and 3 codes

    Same issue for me. I have been able to redeem codes for Gears of War 3 and Gears of War Judgement, but haven't been able to redeem Gears of War 1 and Gears of War 3. I also tried in microsoft.com/redeem with my Xbox associated account and didn't work either.

    Could someone advise on how to proceed further?
