    Gears of War (xbox 360) Promotion


    Hello, Mark P from Microsoft advised me to post here in order to help resolve an issue I have.

    Promotion Details: Was it a subscription purchase? How many months? Was it at a discounted rate? Did you have to purchase certain games?

    Date of Purchase: The day you purchased the subscription or promotional items

    Promo Item(s): The game, games, points or Live time you have not yet received

    As part of the promotion last year for playing Gears of War Ultimate Edition before December 31st I should have received access to all xbox 360 Gears titles. I have access to Gears of War 2, 3, and Judgement but seem to have lost access to Gears of War 1.
    I believe I had it at one point but as far as Mark could find it seems the code was not redeemed. He helped me to confirm that Gears UE was purchased November 27th, 2015. He also stated you would be able to provide a new code as I no longer have the original
    message. Thank you for your help!

    Gears of War 4 Ultimate: Ultimate Edition

    Hi guys, I just got GoW 4 Ultimate Edition and it seems it comes with 4 additional games.

    I'm wondering if the Gear of War game code is for the new Gear of War Ultimate Edition for XBOX ONE? From a promotional picture I saw it was the 360 version, why would they do that?

    Hey there ListPrivate,

    The website you're linking to is actually for the Gears of War: Ultimate Edition promotion and not the actual promotion for Gears of War 4. You can find more info on that promotion

    HERE    . To clarify, only codes for the Backward Compatible titles are sent. There is no promotion that offers the Remastered Ultimate Edition currently.
