So can someone from Microsoft Xbox support find out where my Gears of War 1-3/Judgement codes are?

I have checked the Messages on Xbox One and nothing. Disappointed with Microsoft.

I purchased the Gears of War LE Xbox One S. I have still not received my codes for GOW 1.2.3. Judgment XBox 360 collection codes. Please provide.

I bought the Xbox One S Gears of War 4 1TB bundle and activated my copy of Gears of War 4 on January 11, but I still have not received a code for the Xbox 360 Gears of War collection.

I have decided to get a full refund for the Gears of War 4 purchase as it's false advertisement and didn't get any codes for the backwards compatible titles. Microsoft you need handle your advertisement better.

Lesson learnt = Digital gaming sucks. Better stick to disc.

store description for information on how these codes go out. This includes Gears of War 4 codes included in the Gears of War 4 Xbox One S bundle. Once that code is redeemed on your account, you should receive your games within 30 days as advertised
on the product page I linked.
