Gears of War Xbox 360 Collection for Xbox One (Backwards Compatible) Codes Not Received

I don't get who is in charge of advertisement, purchase content. It's ridiculous. I ordered Gears of War 4 (digital) from Xbox store. As of today I have not received any of the codes for backwards compatible (Gears of War 360 Collection).

This is what I and others get for going digital over disc? If I placed an order for the disc variant it would have come with the codes bundled. Digital their needs to be improvements made here.

If someone purchases a game and that includes older games (backwards compatible) then it should be given instantly after purchase. Plain and simple.

I just don't get how this handled incorrectly.

So how does one get his codes?

I have checked my Xbox messages and email just in case. Nothing as of today!

Gears of War Collection - No codes yet received...

Pre-ordered the 2TB Xbox One S console Gears of War bundle, but not yet had any of the codes for the backward compatible Gears of War collection.

Please assist.

Missing Gears Games from Backswards compatibility list.

this is where I ready about the backwards Gears games. Would explain why I got Gears 3 as I never owned a digital copy on 360 only Arcade store games. But doesn't explain why I have not received the others so clearly issues with xbox.

 

Actually no disks don't get the codes until release

The codes are sent out in waves to avoid spaming the download server and making you wait days until it's less.busy

 

It also avoids the issue of restrictions

As the codes are universal however some regions don't allow for the games

Even if you got an out of region disc the codes will only work.if your account region matches your actual region

 

I understand to avoid spamming. However even on launch day (disc version) look at how many gamers will be downloading them so literally does not make a difference (avoid spamming).

When you purchase something digitally you should be given the additional game/dlc instantly. The way Microsoft handles promotion codes is lame. This causes customers to contact support, more spam on forums with the same question/s causing staff to sort
out promo codes.

Customers have to jump through hoops.

If you had read the promotion you would've figured it out

It does say it's send in waves

As per the terms and conditions of the promotion

 

I shall wait further days, see if I get the promo codes

 

The promo codes will be sent out in waves even for disk players

Disk users get their codes from the retailer at a later date

 

Because the codes aren't generated at launch

 

I've received 2/3 codes from the collection but still am missing gears of war 2

 

I haven't received my codes for any of the 4 original games.

I still haven't gotten my codes for the additional gears of war games from 360 this sucks that's the whole reason I bought the ultimate edition of gears 4
