    at first i thought i might have deleted the codes that were suppose to be sent to me but i never delete important stuff like codes to free games my brother just got it in my head that i must have deleted the codes but the truth of the matter is that i never
    received the codes for the purchase of gears of war ultimate yet except for gears of war 3 i checked every message sent to me and the other codes arent there

    I purchased in October a new XBox One S that includes a code for Gears of War 4 Ultimate. I played with the game, but did not receive the free codes for Gears of war 1,2,3 and judgement! Any Help?

    Hey mate,

    Messages actually expire, I beleive after 25days, or something like that, so that could be the case. Those messages can be retreived by support if that is the case though Gears of war Ultimate xbox one did not receive codes :)

    It could also be that you simply didn't receive them, as there are a few bugs with the code generator for the ultimate edition from what I've heard.

    I'd suggest heading to the forum i've posted below, and posting a thread in there with your issue. That is the specific forum for issues relating to the ultimate edition codes that went out Gears of war Ultimate xbox one did not receive codes :)

    I received my code and gears of war ultimate and forza horizon 2 thank you :)

    Just one last question: I did not get the games codes xbox 360 gears of war 1 2 3 and judgment because I did not play before 26 Decembers on gears of war ultimate edition... But I received the code gears ultimate edition only January 6 :(

    Just to clarify, did you not receive the code for the Gears of War 4 beta or for Gears of War: Ultimate Edition? If you did not receive a code for Gears of War: Ultimate Edition in the bundle box, you will need to reach out to the original purchase retailer
    for further assistance. If you are referring to the Gears of War beta, those codes have not been sent out yet. Thanks in advance!
