    I have the same issue reported by multiple people. Gears of War Ultimate on Xbox One X. There is glitchy red noise over all the gameplay. It isnt present on menus or cutscenes. I found the accepted answer on here to clear and resync local storage and it
    didn't work.

    Changed the Xbox resolution from 4k to 1080p and restarted the game. Same issue.

    I've done everything.that can be done. I've rebooted, resynched storage, reset keeping apps and games, reset deleting apps and games. The problem persists. This game is broken.
