Gears of War: Ultimate - Game is not functioning properly

Hi Xbox Forums,

Just last night, I tried jumping online to GoW:U on my X1. After starting my game, I was stuck on the loading screen. After about 5 minutes, I just quit out of the app and started it back up. It loaded to the start screen, albeit slower than normal. I was
able to jump into a party with two other friends.

Once we started matchmaking and began to load the lobby, I would be stuck again in the loading screen. My other two friends would load the lobby up fine, but I wouldn't pull with them. They said that it their team was still "Waiting for teammate", which
would have been me. The match would inevitably start without me, while I would still be in the load screen. We tried this two other times with the same result.

I originally thought it was the game/server itself, but my friends were playing without issue. I took some advice and hard reset my X1. Afterwards, I tried starting the game and still had issues. So then I redownloaded the game, this time on my internal
HDD. Still no luck.

Any suggestions out there? Has anyone else had similar issues with there games not loading/functioning properly?

xbox one bundle gears of war ultimate edition, gears of war 1 code not working.

I recently purchased an xbox one bundle with Gears of War Ultimate Edition. I received a message today thanking me for playing Gears of War Ultimate Edition and giving me codes for Gears of War 1 and Gears of War 2. The code for 2 worked just fine and the
game is downloading properly, the code for 1 said something went wrong and sent me to the error help. I was informed over the help chat that the code may have possibly not been activated yet for some reason and was sent to post here. my gamertag is

 

Titanfall not functioning properly

I am having the same issue. I contacted respawn and they ld me it was EAs problem. I contact EA and they only offer generic advice like hard resets amd give up and send me here. From the looks of it no solution here eithetr. Seriously how were they so unprepared
at launch?!

 

I am having this problem too. Can you even play single player campaign? Did you get a resolve to this?

After redownloading it to my internal HDD for the third time, it seems that I'm able to play online again.

Campaign is still super choppy for me. It's pretty much unbearable for me to play. So much for finishing it on Insane.
