Gears of War Ultimate Edition

At Christmas I received a 500GB Xbox that included the Gears of War Ultimate Ed. I put in the code and received GoW Judgment. I never received the previous games and never thought about the missing content until recently when a few friends started
playing GoW one and I asked when did they get it and they said it came with the ultimate edition. I said I only received Judgment and they said that is weird. I only received judgment and none of the previous games.

Haven't Received my Gears of War Tittles [Case Number: 1329779245]

I bought Gears of War Ultimate Edition during the promotion and havent received my titles. (Gears of War 1, Gears of War 2, Gears of War 3, Gears of War Ultimate Edition for Windows 10).

When did you put the code in? It seems it needed to be redeemed prior to Dec. 31, 2015

 

I didn't get the code until the 25th and even then I think I waited a while before I put it in bc I was not worried about GoW bc I had many other games to install and play
