I bought gears of war UE on windows 10 but never got my code for xbox one..

update: messaged the guys who actually send the codes and never got a response in more than a week, just got my xbox one and i dont have the UE.

Haven't Received my Gears of War Tittles [Case Number: 1329779245]

I bought Gears of War Ultimate Edition during the promotion and havent received my titles. (Gears of War 1, Gears of War 2, Gears of War 3, Gears of War Ultimate Edition for Windows 10).

The Windows 10 version of Gears of War: Ultimate Edition does not include a code for the Xbox One version of Gears of War. Can you please provide a link or a screenshot of the promotion that you are referring to? Thanks in advance!

 

Cant find the ad that was sent to me, some friends bought the game on pc and got it on xbox but i didnt.

Sorry for any confusion, but as Mister Quimby mentioned, unfortunately the Windows 10 version of Gears of War: Ultimate Edition does not include an Xbox One version.
