Gears of war ultimate edition

Hey I just got gears of war ultimate edition and im supposed to get some retro codes for the older games and I haven't get any :/

Haven't Received my Gears of War Tittles [Case Number: 1329779245]

I bought Gears of War Ultimate Edition during the promotion and havent received my titles. (Gears of War 1, Gears of War 2, Gears of War 3, Gears of War Ultimate Edition for Windows 10).

Because you don't qualify

To get the games you had to get it during the limited time promotion which Is now over

You had to play online before the end of last year

Plus be over 17 and live in an xbox live region and not Germany China or japan

 

They weren't included in the package because of the limited promotion plus the code's wouldn't have worked for all regions be cause of the region locks and then unsold copies past the time of the promotions

Plus bc wasn't out till November

 

Plus it's sold as an individual game not as a collection hence the name
