Gears of War Ultimate Edition

I bought it in August and never got the first 4 games with the backward compatibility as i was promised,

Today those games are available for purchase but it doesn't matter because you still didn't send me any digital downloads for those titles.

I only want to get those games as i was promised.

Haven't Received my Gears of War Tittles [Case Number: 1329779245]

I bought Gears of War Ultimate Edition during the promotion and havent received my titles. (Gears of War 1, Gears of War 2, Gears of War 3, Gears of War Ultimate Edition for Windows 10).

i also bought the gears ultimate edition but have yet recieved my free backward compatibility gears games!! why is this??????

All is good, there is a known issue with the redemption codes for the ultimate edition. If you could head over to the thread i've linked below, and post the issue in there, then a support agent will be along to get your codes for you
