Gears of war ultimate edition, unable to download

Hi team,

I bought Gears of war ultimate edition, and received codes for all four xbox360 GoW, as I supposed to. All of them were accepted, but GoW2 did not appear in the library, all rest are there for download but not GoW2, I already tried to contact support
by chat twice - completely useless, spend hour by explaining what is wrong and I've been promised that it should appear until 31.12.2015. I guess your chat support just giving promises, but has no clue what the issue is. Please help me, as I want to play GoW2.

Gears of War Ultimate Edition download codes

HI!

i played the gears of war ultimate edition after the 31st of December 2015 as i was unable to play it earlier will this prevent me from receiving the download codes for gears of war 1,2,3 and judgement?

 

GOW2 Not downloading to Xboxone

Purchased GOW Ultimate edition xbox one console in October. GOW edition xbox came with codes for gears ultimate edition along with downloads for gears 2 gears 3 and gears judgments. I have played gears ultimate edition, gears 3 and gears judgement completed
all campaigns and gears 2 still will not download. I think the code for it is broken any ideas how to fix gears 2 is my favorite in series and rly want to play.

Sorry to hear about the issue! Just to clarify, were you successfully able to redeem the Gears of War 2 code? Are you unable to see Gears 2 in your ready to install list after redeeming the code? Thanks!

 

Yes exactly, that's my problem, all rest GOW titles were there, but I don't see GOW2. Thanks!

Thanks for clarifying! Since all of the codes have been successfully redeemed, I recommend trying a few steps:

• First, press and hold the power button on your Xbox One console for 10 seconds.
  
• Once you console has powered off, unplug the power cord.
• Wait a few minutes and then plug in your console.
• Power on your console and navigate to My Games & Apps.
• Under the Games tab check to see if you Gears of War 2 is in the Ready to Install section on the right side.

I tried steps you described, it didn't work. After one month of communication via chat, creating discussions, filling surveys, I'm still not able to play game I suppose to receive, as a part of purchase of GOW ultimate edition. Please Microsoft, are
you really not able to check my account and find out what is wrong. Please resolve my issue.

If you have followed each of the steps, please fill out the survey Mister Quimby recommended. That information gets sent directly to the appropriate teams! It's also important to check if your Xbox One console region is set to the region you're physically
located in. To do this, follow the steps on our
Console Region Support page. If doing that does not resolve the issue, the survey will be the next best step!
