Gears of war ultimate edition still no codes

I've contacted the customer service department about this issue 2 weeks ago and I've spoken to the greatest customer service rep I've ever encountered. His name is Benjamin and he himself has contacted upper offices regarding the issue and he hasn't received
any response. I know this because every 2-3 days he emails me , "I still have not received any word ". I understand that in order to get these codes I would have had to play in December. I know for a fact that I played during December because gears of war
is my ultimate favorite game and I play a lot. I played the beta for gears of war 4 and leveled up to 55 knowing that I would restart at level 1 when I bought the game later this year. I never complain about Xbox because I've always had perfection, in my
experience, when it comes to codes and receiving things. XBOX, you're amazing and I'm an absolute loyal customer to you. All I ask is for my gears of war codes for which I know that I'm entitled to. Thanks you. ,

Gears of war 2 code

hi I brought and played gears of war ultimate edition in Novembe/December and am yet to receive my code for gears of war 2 I have gears of war 3 installed but still no code for gears of war 2

 

Gears of war vs Gears of War Ultimate Edition

Is there any differences between Gears of War Xbox 360 version compared to Gears of War Ultimate Edition for the Xbox One? Because I just got my codes for gears of war, gears of war 2, gears of war 3, and gears of war judgement from microsoft for playing the gears of war ultimate edition and was wonder do I really need the 360 version of gears of war on my x1 since I done own the ultimate edition for the x1?
